Use 2 teaspoons of honey or half an avocado that has been mashed. Add 1/2 teaspoon of organic turmeric to the honey or avocado and mix it well. Clean your face with warm water, apply the mixture on on face and wash it off after half an hour.
You can add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric to your smoothies and drink it. This will help you get better. A pill that is taken inside of you can cut down on inflammation in your body and help you fight acne from the inside out. Sauces, soups and eggs dishes with turmeric can also be made with this spice.
2. Cinnamon
Cinnamon spices can also help. It’s antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and has antioxidant properties, so it’s a good spice to use to get rid of acne. However, cinnamon is a strong spice and should not be used on your skin.
Make sure you mix it with something creamy, like milk or honey. If you mix it with honey, your skin will be soft and healing at the same time.
How to use it.
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of baking soda, 2 drops of olive oil, 1 drop of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice should be mixed together.
A good rule of thumb is to massage into your skin for at least 5 minutes at a time. Your face will be warm and a little bit tingly. This will go away after a while. Rinse off with water. Besides, your face will smell good for the next few hours.
3. Hibiscus Powder
Not only does hibiscus taste good, but it is also a good skin care product. They help to remove dead skin cells from the surface of the skin, which can cause acne that is very painful and inflamed.
How to use it.
Hibiscus and turmeric should be mixed together with rose water to make a paste that is smooth. Then, put it on your clean face and let it stay there for five minutes. Then, rinse it off with clean water.

3. Nutmeg
You can make your body more healthy by adding a little bit of nutmeg. When it is applied to the skin, it makes it look better and keeps it healthy.
